Our Program
At Moonglade Recovery, we know that no two recovery journeys are the same. That’s why our expert team takes the time to understand your story, your challenges, and your goals, so we can create a program tailored just for you.
Through a blend of proven clinical care, compassionate support, and practical tools for everyday life, we empower you to move forward with confidence. From your very first day with us, you’ll find a team that truly listens, meets you where you are, and walks alongside you toward lasting recovery.
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our Partial Hospitalization Program is designed for individuals who need a higher level of structure and support than outpatient care but do not require 24/7 inpatient treatment. PHP offers a full day of therapeutic programming in a safe and supportive environment, while still allowing clients to return home in the evenings. This balance provides the intensity needed for meaningful progress while maintaining connection to daily life and family.
Clients participate in individual therapy, group counseling, and experiential activities that address relapse prevention, emotional regulation, trauma, and healthy coping strategies. Treatment is complemented by holistic services such as mindfulness, nutrition, and wellness practices that support overall healing. With a personalized treatment plan tailored to each client’s unique needs, our PHP provides the structure, accountability, and professional guidance necessary to build a strong foundation for lasting recovery.
Our Intensive Outpatient Program provides a higher level of structure and accountability for those who need more support than traditional outpatient care but do not require residential treatment. IOP is ideal for individuals transitioning from inpatient or partial hospitalization programs, or for those who need additional tools to strengthen early recovery.
Clients participate in multiple therapy sessions each week, including individual counseling, group therapy, and experiential or skills-based activities. Core components include relapse prevention strategies, coping skills training, family therapy when appropriate, and education on the science of addiction and recovery. This blend of therapeutic support and real-world application helps clients build resilience, improve relationships, and lay a strong foundation for lasting sobriety.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
Outpatient Program (OP)
Our Outpatient Program is designed for individuals who are ready to maintain their recovery while continuing to live at home and manage their daily responsibilities. Whether you are working, attending school, caring for family, or transitioning from a higher level of care, our OP allows you to stay connected to professional support without disrupting your life.
Clients attend scheduled individual counseling, group therapy, and skill-building sessions that focus on relapse prevention, emotional regulation, and healthy lifestyle habits. With flexible scheduling and a personalized treatment plan, our OP ensures you can keep making progress at a pace that works for you while still benefiting from the guidance of our experienced clinical team.
Aftercare & Alumni Support
Recovery is a lifelong journey, and ongoing support can make all the difference in maintaining long-term success. Our Aftercare and Alumni program ensures that you remain connected to a network of care and community even after formal treatment ends.
We offer regular check-in sessions, ongoing therapy options, and alumni events where past and current clients can share experiences, celebrate milestones, and stay accountable to their goals. In addition to peer support, clients have access to relapse prevention resources, continuing education, and referrals for community-based programs and support groups. With Aftercare, you are never navigating recovery alone, and you will always have a trusted network to lean on.
FAQs
What is the difference between Outpatient (OP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment?
Outpatient treatment offers flexible scheduling with fewer weekly therapy hours, making it ideal for those who are working, in school, or have strong support systems in place. Intensive Outpatient treatment provides more frequent and structured therapy sessions each week, offering a higher level of care for those who need additional support but do not require residential treatment.
How do I know which level of care is right for me?
Our admissions team will conduct a confidential assessment to understand your history, current needs, and recovery goals. Based on this information, we will recommend the program that best fits your situation, whether that is OP, IOP, or a referral to another level of care.
Do you accept insurance?
Yes, Moonglade Recovery accepts most PPO insurance plans. Our team can verify your benefits quickly and explain your coverage so you know exactly what to expect before starting treatment.
Can I work or go to school while in treatment?
Absolutely. Both OP and IOP are designed to allow you to continue managing work, school, or family responsibilities while receiving structured support for your recovery.
What happens after I complete my program?
We strongly encourage continued connection through our Aftercare and Alumni Support program. This includes ongoing therapy, relapse prevention planning, alumni events, and access to community resources to help you maintain long-term recovery.
Is the family involved in the treatment process?
When appropriate, we offer family therapy and education to help loved ones better understand addiction and recovery. Family involvement can strengthen relationships and create a more supportive home environment.
How long does treatment last?
The length of treatment varies depending on your individual needs and progress. Some clients may participate for a few weeks, while others may benefit from several months of structured support.
